Default to the one and only Tribute Type on the record, when adding a tribute to an existing Gift

If there is only one Tribute Type on an honor/memorial constituent record (in honor of, in memory of), default to that Tribute Type instead of having to select it from a "list", which only shows the one type anyway - just additional/unnecessary clicks.
