Check out email functionality on other CRM systems, such as Salesforce or 12twenty. I would love to see more customizations, the ability to add a CC and BCC field to the email template. Overall just improvement of the tool. I just took the Emails training course and there were complaints that emails from BlackBaud go to spam and that the formatting looks different across the same screen/browser.
