User Options Default Tab for Constituents and Gifts

In database view, it is extremly helpful to be able to change the User Option Default Tab. When NXT switches over to the tab view, this will be helpful there as well. This makes it easier for users to hone in on a specific piece on records.

This is so helpful for database admins or those doing projects in the database with a specific data set. This needs to be able to be done at the user level.
