Enable Homepage Layout Editing. Currently, once a layout is created, it cannot be edited. Instead, a new layout must be created and deployed to the appropriate user(s). This creates many issues including version control, naming conventions, and unnecessary time investment. If I need to edit a particular user's layout, RE does not allow one to pull that layout back in for modification and then deploy back to the user.
