Can NXT show all media in Attachments even if they are linked to a proposal? Some attachments that are linked to proposals only show in Opportunities. Should be all in one place.

We need to be able to see all the attachments in one place and not have to go through all the opportunities on a record to find an attachment.
In the new tabbed view, it would be great to have an attachments tab that shows all attachments related to this constiuent...gifts, actions, opportunities, etc.
I have to look in Opportunities to find an attachment. It is easier to search for a document if they all show up in one place: Attachments
