Transfer action notes that include graphics and notes

Our fundraising team globally adds actions that include notes with embedded graphics and/or links. While these actions don't show the full narrative prohibits our team from grabbing key information when using NXT on a tablet or phone.

We also were not told of this issue. Please fix this ASAP. If there is another idea out there that states this clearly, please let me know. Our issue is related to database view Action Notepads v web view Action Notes. They simply don't show up at all. This is a serious concern for us as we use the notes section to document emails and our organization uses a signature with images and links. Notes that are available in database view show as a 0 in web view if they contain images/links. There is not even a clue that a note is available.

Yes, this is a serious issue when we get the questions a lot that something is "Not" in the Raiser's Edge (but they are only looking at NXT.) We went in and fixed over 1200 actions already, but that was just those with pictures. Now we have to worry about links, etc. coming from e-mail pastes. Please fix this!

This is a REAL issue - when we moved to hosted and implemented NXT, NO ONE every said this was an issue, and that Action Notes would be a problem. And it IS a problem, and is NOT functioning "properly". Action notes are often populated with emails that have been copy/paste - and going through and removing links and logos (the usual culprits) isn't always front of mind. Regardless of doing this going forward, it doesn't address all of the historical notes. So as you try to help your front line staff love NXT, and they have to keep flipping into database view to read notes... let's just say they are NOT amused, and are working more in database than NXT to avoid having to use both all the time to see basic and necessary information.
