It's great that we can now review event registrants with the online data review, but it would be even better if the guest names entered by the registrant were also included in the online data review.
We just started using event registrations and am finding many duplicates created the named guest entered through the registration form.
Yes, this functionality would make a huge difference. As it is, we have many existing named guests. Most of them are spouses with non-constituent relationship records. Most of them have multiple non-constituent records that are not connected with one another at all - the same person has attended several events and there is a separate non-constituent participant record for each. This is confusing and one part of the solution is to be able to search for non-constituent named guest/relationship/participant records in online data review. That way, at least going forward we would be able to match the non-constituent participant/guest/relationship record to the same person. If this explanation of the problem does not make sense, please let me know. Thanks!
Hi all, quick correction here. This idea got flagged in the comments as a duplicate of RENXT-I-9785, but that idea is actually about filtering the Online data review queue by event name, which is a totally different problem. This idea stands on its own (matching/showing named guests who don't have contact info in Online data review) and is staying open. Keep the votes and comments coming!
