It would be helpful to be able to run a gift detail and summary report based on gift date and have the option to also pull gifts into the report if they have been adjusted. For example, a donor made a donation in February and wants to change the fund in May. I should be able to run a report for gifts in May for my finance team that includes donations made in May, that also pulls adjusted gifts in and denoting that they were adjusted with those details in one of the output columns of the report.
