Add Autosave Functionality for Online Batch Entry

Currently, when working in Online Batch, there is no autosave functionality. If the session is interrupted (e.g., browser refresh using F5, timeout, or unexpected crash), all unsaved data entered into the batch is lost. This creates a significant risk of data loss and requires users to re-enter information, impacting efficiency and increasing the chance of errors.

    This is not just for online (BBMS) batches. We were doing a check batch today, when chrome froze and quit unexpectedly. We lost the entire batch (32 entries). Obviously we had to redo all the work we had just done. We can add a standard practice to hit save every so often, but an autosave would be extremely helpful.
