Gift Batch Entry: Matching Gift Pledges

It would be amazing if there is an ability to apply a gift towards an existing matching gift pledge in the gift batch process. I can apply a gift towards pledges currently, but that doesn't extend to matching gift types.

    100% Agree. Also I have noticed (or have not yet found) that you still need to check the checkbox on an org record in database view (no option to do this in webview) to make a record a matching gift company. I also have no idea how to apply a payment to a matching gift in the webview.. does this capability exist or can someone explain how to do this?

    It would also be great if we can apply gifts with donor cover to existing pledges. Or have the option to add a seperate gift as a cash remainder like we do in database view.

    Why can you apply a regular gift pledge payment but not a matching gift? It makes no sense at all. A match is a match.
