(UK-specific) Make Voucher available as Payment Method in Web View for Gift Entry

In the UK, supporters are able to make donations via a voucher company such as Charities Aid Foundation, SmartGiving or Charities Trust in order to personally manage and maximise their giving. This payment method is available in Database View (along with access to the customisable Agency table to specify which voucher company) but is not available in Web View.

For organisations that receive many donations via this method like us, the absence of voucher in Web View means that we cannot switch to entering gifts in web

    Coming back to this again as we really want to move over to gift entry in web view but without Voucher (and the corresponding agency table) available as a payment method it is impossible.

    Agree - and we also have a Gift Aid business rule to prevent gift aid being claimed on Voucher donations which we also use for third party platforms like Just Giving that claim Gift Aid. The agency table is very important in this respect and this is an oversight from Blackbaud, not taking into consideration how UK users manage gift aid.

    Agreed - a major issue for us! We won't be able to transition our Finance team without either making Voucher available, or making Payment Methods an editable table.
