Currently in Raiser's Edge NXT, when a donation is made and the name of an organization is provided, the tax receipt is issued in the name of the organization and sent to the organization’s email address.

We would like to have the option to send the receipt instead to the individual who actually made the donation, ex. based on the name on the credit card, while still having the organization appear on the tax receipt.

This should be possible without requiring the use of a relationship on the organization’s record, as the contact used for receipts may vary from one donation to another and may be a different individual each time.
