Agreed, Cary. I especially don't understand why it's so hard to add extra if the donor decides to donate extra! The pledge amount should be considered the MINIMUM amound and we should be able to add extra per a donor's request if needed.

We should be able to change the pledge amount, change the fund, add soft credits or change soft credits, add notes, etc. For example, a donor wants to give us a certain amount but then decides to give a little more later on, so now the gift amount needs to be changed. It would be easier to edit the pledge amount than it would be to delete the entire pledge and start over with a new one.
