Have two updates to constituent records after Address Finder NCOA process, first all new addresses saving the ole address; second all addresses to make the constituent record match USPS standards (no punctuation, abbreviations where needed and etc.

    Some of the new addresses are removing the suite or apartment number from the existing address and also the "Mail To" checkbox remains in the old address. The donor portal shows all the addresses with a "mail to" checkbox so it is confusing for them.
