Confirmation Email should match language on form

Specifically with the consent area, I have made changes to what is displayed to users for clarity, however when the form is submitted the summary of changes uses the table values. For example, we have a consent category of Email - Alumni E-Newsletter, but for the sake of the form I have simplified this to Alumni E-Newsletter so users can just select that. Additionally, for Channel wide consent (ex. opting in for all email) the table values are Email - All Communication, but I wanted to provide some instruction to users so I changed that to "Send me all emails (or make individual selections below)". When you submit the form the confirmation you get back has the raw table values (ex. Email - Alumni E-Newsletter or Email - All Communication) but I would like to use the values we changed too for a better user experience.

This was a bug and is now fixed. Consent channel and categories that are relabeled on the form will display with their new labels on the confirmation email now!
