Globally Add Records (Constituent and Gifts)

We heavily use the Global Add records as Constituent Actions, Attributes, and Solicit code. As well as Gift Attributes. Please add this functionality.

    Global add is needed and a required function. We use it to add actions, appeals and other functions as well.
