We need to be able to link our existing supplier (Donor Debit) to our donation forms. Having seen a preview of how direct debits will work using BBMS/Stripe as a payment supplier this will not give us the control and flexibility we currently have with Donor Debit (notifications of new/cancelled/amendments, being able to upload bulk new/upgraded mandates, and importing payments against pledges instead of using batch). We need to be able to have pledges rather than reoccurring gifts as they are easier to report on and use when planning campaigns. We have over 400 active direct debit donations, to put these into a batch and have to manually go through them, instead of downloading the payments, and importing them would be exceptionally time consuming so unless we are able to either use our existing supplier or you can give us the same functionality we would be unable to use the direct debit system proposed on our donation forms.
