Currently, the web view has very limited ability to view relationships, which is critical for organizations, as there can be several employee relationships on a record and scrolling through each small tab is painful. Key details, such as position, are also unavailable when viewing relationships from the organization record. The ability to "work with relationships" needs to be added, like it is for "work with gifts," to open up a grid-like view of relationships and all their details to allow them to be customized with selected columns, to quickly see all relationships at once and update relationship info, such as selecting a contact or adding custom fields or sorting by selected columns.
