Expand relationship details by adding "work with relationships" the same as "work with gifts."

Currently, the web view has very limited ability to view relationships, which is critical for organizations, as there can be several employee relationships on a record and scrolling through each small tab is painful. Key details, such as position, are also unavailable when viewing relationships from the organization record. The ability to "work with relationships" needs to be added, like it is for "work with gifts," to open up a grid-like view of relationships and all their details to allow them to be customized with selected columns, to quickly see all relationships at once and update relationship info, such as selecting a contact or adding custom fields or sorting by selected columns.

I would add to this that there is a display limit to how many relationships that tile will show. It will currently not display more than 20 "pages" of relationships. For large employers, we have far more than that. I can use db view to see them now, but once database view has been decommissioned, it will be literally impossible to see all the relationships if they exceed that number.
And I don't just mean you can't see them all at once. I literally mean you can't see some of them at all because they fall in the middle. I have added screenshots below to demonstrate what I mean. The org record below has dozens of individual relationships showing employees whose last names start with M, for example. In web view, I literally can't view any of them because of this limitation. I tried sorting A-Z and Z-A, but you can't get a view with those relationships at all.
