We were just informed that we can no longer imbed donation forms on the website and can only hyperlink to the hosted form. While I can appreciate the benefit of a customized hyperlink or button on the website, our concern is the inability for donors to associate the hosted donation form URL with our organization. There is no reference in the auto-generated URL to the name of the donation form or our organization name. Being redirected to another site to process a gift raises a red flag for most, but to land on a page where you cannot verify the authenticity/security may inhibit donors from completing the donation. Yes, the donation form has our organization logo, but anyone can copy/paste those to make a form look authentic.
