Resizable windows that open from Unified View Query

Users have asked for the View Constituent(Gift etc) Record that opens from within Query in Unified View be able to be resized. They want to be able to see the order of their tabs in the same way they can see them in the full screen view from within Query so they can maintain the navigation functions there are in Query, but see the record without scrolling.

    This would be great, and would also (hopefully) allow us to bring the top edge of the window down so we can see the data for that record in the query behind it. Right now the opened record window blocks the query results, which is problematic for cleanup projects where we need that info in order to make the appropriate changes in the opened record. That would make web view queries usable for those types of projects - with the current functionality I have to switch back to the database view to work on them.
