While I see the benefit of talking with the AI support bot for help with simple issues, most of the time the issues I open a ticket for are a lot more complex than it can handle. I'd suggest some sort of shortcut to talk directly to an agent, or open a support ticket. It's frustrating to have to go through several prompts with the AI before being given the option to talk to a human person.
For example if I already know the AI can't help me with opening a ticket to request a refresh for the test database environment, I should be able to enter "Talk to an agent" as my first prompt, and get sent there. If I do that the AI sends me articles about how to use the support chat and what it can do.
In practice my first reposne to the AI bot is always to now say I need an agent, then that its response didn't help, then that I need more assistance, then to ask to talk to an agent.
