Some fields are missing from organization constituents which makes sense, like Gender, Marital status, Birthplace, Date of birth, Age. These can be added only to Individuals. But what is really missing is Religion. Organizations should not be excluded from assigning them a religion, what if you have a church, a parish some other kind of religious community? There are tons of those, and they give a lot of donations.
