Allow users to have more design control in donation forms

We should be able to change the colors on the page to match our branding. There was a recent "color" change for the NXT donation forms. Before the "gift type" was in our university color and now it almost looks greyed out to where it doesn't event look like an option. In addition, it shows a border around it in a color that is NOT one of our branding colors. We need to be able to make more choices for text colors, box colors and box outline colors. In addition, if we add a "desname" value to our URL, then that is also in a color that is NOT part of our branding. There was more control over colors in OLX than we have now. That seems like a step backwards not forward.

it's bizarre that you can set the select/unselected colour scheme for gift amount buttons, but not gift type. It only lets you change the font colour, and defaults to this blue background for selected which a) clashes, and b) doesn't match the setting for the next section. Why do random!?

Agree, when someone hovers over a button in the donation form, it shows a blue outline. The blue is not one of our brand colors and it clashes. We need the option to customize this color.
