The field 'Pledge Payments' should be consistent across Query and Lists in NXT if it's here to stay. It would be better if the gift types in Lists were to be expanded to include all of the gift types currently available in database Query, especially if we can only pull a receipting list from Lists and not directly from Query.

We're expanding to do more emailed receipting through Raiser's Edge NXT and as such, I've been trying to develop some lists based on gift type. I've noticed two things during this process.

1. In lists, there is no differentiation between 'Pledge Payment' gift types (e.g. Pay-Cash, Pay-Stock/Property, etc.), so if using the receipting for these, I can't specify which type of pledge payment gift type I want to receipt without creating a static query each time before pulling it into a list.

2. In testing this, I created a query looking for specific pledge payment gift types that aren't 'Pay-Cash.' I noticed that in Query in NXT, except for 'Pay-Cash,' all of the original 'Pay-Stock/Property, etc.' types are available in addition to 'Pledge Payment' (the only type available in Lists). I was curious about how this would work and noticed that the meaning of the field 'Pledge Payment' is inconsistent between Query and Lists.

   1. In Lists, 'Pledge Payment' is an all-encompassing field, which includes all 'Pay-Cash,' 'Pay-Stock/Property,' etc.' gift types under one umbrella.

   2. In Query in NXT, 'Pledge Payments' only seems to pull in 'Pay-Cash' gift types as far as I can tell. It doesn't include 'Pay-Other' for example. This makes sense as I could find no 'Pay-Cash' gift type in Query in NXT.
