We are currently using the database version of Omatic to bring over credit card payments from Luminate to RE, including credit card information such as the credit card type, last 4 digits of the card number, expiration date, and cardholder name. Since the move toward unified view will require us to move all our Omatic profiles from IOM to Omatic Cloud, we have been encountering some issues with missing functionality.

Blackbaud and Omatic have told us that Omatic Cloud uses Sky API to determine where to send data in RE, and that this API does not allow us to bring over those fields of credit card information. We need that data on gifts imported from LO to RE in order to accurately reconcile our income.

Please update the Sky API to allow us to populate those fields for credit card payments so we can log them correctly as credit card payments in RE along with all the associated credit card details.
