Ability to use Intelligent Tags as a Filter in Queries

For Intelligent Tags which are automatically applied to constituent records, such as "At risk donor," "New donor," "Upcoming birthday," etc., I'd like to be able to use those in a query filter. I could not find these tags anywhere in query, but it would be a quick and simple way to identify groups of people.

    I would especially like to be able to query based on the lifecycle tags - at rick, lapsing, lapsed, lost etc. Some of the new ones would be really useful too.

    I know we can filter lists by them but I want to be able to query and ultimately (when the functionality is released) include them in exports to segment mailing lists.

    The fact that they are automatically updated makes Tags are really useful, please extend that usefulness to queries.
