Once an email is saved to RE from Blackbaud for Outlook, it would be useful to have an icon or some sort of indication on the email to denote it's been saved that you can see from a quick glance at your inbox. When I have a load of admin, I send all the emails, and then leave the saving as a separate task later but it's difficult to remember where I've left off and have to go onto RE to double check if an email has been saved or not. Salesforce has this capability and it was really helpful.
