Attribute constituents reviewed and added through Online Data Review to the specific user

When constituents are added through online giving forms, the constituent record properties currently show that they were added by "NXT System User." If a constituent is created through an online gift but is processed through Online Data Review by a user, the system should record the specific user who completed the review as the user who added the record. This visibility would support organizational audit processes and allow staff to follow up with the correct team member about the origin or accuracy of the new constituent.

Edit: This is also especially important for the "Added by" in gift record properties.

agree, not capturing the actual user name of the person who brought the constituent in is not helpful.

Not sure why this isn't already the case - anywhere that shows NXT system User as the last person to add or change something is not useful

We need to know where/how a record came into the system. For any gifts coming into the system that need a new constituent record created, then it should show that it was created by someone on our gift processing team.
For new event records that are created, those also say created by "NXT system User". If every new record essentially being created "automatically" by some process has created by "NXT System User" then that affects our processes. We are watching for event records that come in to see how many other events that person might attend and if after a good chunk of time w/ no additional interaction, that record will be removed. But if gift records are also coming in with this user, then they will be marked as part of the "events" data set and not gifts.

Knowing who processed a gift batch is important for so many reasons!

Absolutely agree that we need to know who processed each batch. We are a smaller group, but with various data entry staff, knowing who to go to with questions regarding a batch would be very helpful.
