We occasionally use outside vendors that need access to RENXT, but we don't want them to see donor gift information. For example, we may want them to create and manage our e-newsletter communication, but they shouldn't have the ability to view gift records or gift reports or anything else that could lead them to gift information. It would be nice to have to ability to restrict this without having to get creative with security group settings and roles...which could possibly block that access, but in doing so may open the door to other things like the ability to create gifts and manipulate funds.
