It would be helpful to be able to select the Spouse Preferred Name in field mapping, not just the first name. Typically for us, First Name is a legal name; however, Preferred name is their nickname or other name they go by. To be able to select the Blackbaud Spouse Preferred Name field and map it to the Constant Contact Spouse First Name field would ensure that we are able to view the name the spouse truly goes by on the record. Preferred name is available for the constituent, but not the spouse.
