When online donors give at different levels, our team needs the right person notified automatically — but today that's not possible. Currently, the NXT Donation Form Designer has only one option for Donation Notification emails — sending notifications to a group of emails for the same donation amount range.

Our organization assigns fundraisers to reach out to online donors at specific donation tiers. Gift entry staff need to receive all notices to ensure the correct appeal/package is used when approving online batches. These notifications serve as a quick confirmation of which donation form was used.

It would be helpful to have more notification options. For example, donations of $100–$499 would notify one group, gifts of $500–$1,000 would notify another, and gifts of $1,000+ would notify a manager — while gift entry staff would continue receiving notifications for all donation amounts to ensure proper batch approval.

A mini grid or other layout that allows a minimum of 5 gift ranges to be mapped to specific email addresses for each tier would be a wonderful addition, and I believe other users would find this feature beneficial.
