RENXT now has a sync with Constant Contact which is great! However, the Unsub from Constant Contact maps to the same consent Solicit Code as when someone unsubs from RENXT. We send our newsletters and announcements from CC and send our renewals from RENXT, so these are very different types of communication. We can't tell if someone has unsubscribed from newsletters, or doesn't want us to ask them about renewals, which are two different things.
