When donors make an online gift and choose to cover processing fees (Donor Cover or Complete Cover), they are currently unable to edit their gift amount or payment details in the Donor Portal.

Donors should be able to self‑manage these gifts in the Portal in the same way they can manage non‑fee‑covered gifts, including updating payment methods or adjusting amounts.

This limitation creates confusion for donors, increases support requests, and undermines the goal of donor self‑service.
