When entering data into batch in DB view, you can enter the Appeal ID, or the Package ID and immediately tab to the next field. In webview, it makes an API call to hunt for that information forcing you to wait a couple of beats to tab to the next field. The ordering logic of API calls should be changed to allow me to tab straight to the next field and then figure out that I have entered the Appeal ID correctly. Or something needs to be done so there is no waiting for a list to load to confirm that the Appeal ID or Package ID or <<name your field>> is correct.
