Please could Blackbaud give us a definitive answer and timeline for Mail functionality. Will there always be a reliance on third party tools such as Power Automate or LetterBox for these?

Without an answer from Blackbaud we cannot plan for the future, and we have to consider leaving the platform if we can't do basic things like acknowledging gifts in the way most of our supporters ask for.
