Currently you can only update the original date of an action in the Outlook extension, but the completed date defaults to the date you save the action--even if you're recording the action much later than you completed it. You have to take the additional step of opening NXT and navigating the action to change the completed date.

It would be much easier if you could simply update the completed date in the Outlook extension.
