Spouse name for local non-constituent records needs to be optional

Nonprofits need to have the option of not entering a spouse first name for a non-constituent (local-only) spouse.

For example, we have a situation where we are not sure what a spouse's first name is. Actually, it is a matter of some debate that it could take a while to resolve. In the meantime, "Dr. and Mrs. Jim Smith" is fine for the addressee and "Dr. and Mrs. Smith" is fine for the salutation. One potential challenge comes into play when we have a thank you letter signer that likes to mark out "Dr. and Mrs. Smith," and handwrite, "Jim and Jane," as a personalization thing that he does (which I like A LOT). I'm afraid the letter signer could easily miss any record alert or other countermeasure we put in place to prevent this kind of error.

Not to mention, if a charity does not want to enter a first name for a spouse for whatever reason, that should be the charity's prerogative.
