Allow Adding New Gift Types

Please allow administrators to add new categories of Gift Type. "Other" covers far too many things and the fact that you cannot add Pay Method as a column to lists means manually looking at all Gift Types labelled as "Other" to determine what they really are.

    We need to define what is cash, what is stocks and what are grants. This could easily be done in the gift types, then reports would require less manual work to separate everything.

    I would really like to have new Payment Method added to the drop-down list that we can select from. It's really important to be able to accurately record the type of payment method the constituent is using for their gift.

    There have been people calling for new Pay Method options since I started using RE a decade ago :( It's so frustrating not being able to separate out different types of income source.
