I need the ability to pull giving data based on the Primary Fundraiser/Solicitor listed on the constituent’s record, rather than only pulling gifts where the Fundraiser/Solicitor is assigned at the individual gift level.

This limitation creates issues when analyzing historical giving for our fundraisers, since they would not appear on older gifts if they were not employed with us at the time. For example, I attempted to pull insights on donors who gave to our 2024 and 2025 Golf events, limited to donors within our fundraiser Kate’s portfolio. However, because Kate began working with us in 2025, she is not listed as the solicitor on any 2024 Golf gifts—so none of those gifts are included in the results.

Blackbaud suggested removing the Fundraiser filter entirely, but that does not solve the problem. What’s needed is the ability to pull all gifts associated with constituents for whom Kate is the Primary Solicitor, regardless of when those gifts were made.
