It would be very helpful to have a confirmation step before Giving Statements are emailed in Raiser’s Edge NXT. Currently, selecting the email option sends statements immediately with a single click. Adding a confirmation screen (or second step) to review recipients and delivery method before sending would help prevent accidental emails and give users a chance to double-check selections before statements are sent.

This added safeguard would improve accuracy and reduce the risk of unintended communications, especially when users intend to download PDFs rather than email statements.
