Add ability to fully edit gifts in batch review
In webview we cannot edit gift amounts, delete gifts, manage tributes, etc. Restore the functionality that we had with batches in DBV.

It's really frustrating when entering pledges or gifts with credit cards. If you forget a step, you can't go back and the donor can get charged for the incorrect amount and then have to charge the correct amount.
