Solicitor Performance Analysis Standard Report in NXT
Bring the Solicitor Performance Analysis Report that is currently in the database view over to Standard Reports in NXT. This may be similar to Idea RENXT-I-1890, but it is not tagged Standard Reports.
I 1000% agree with Maya's comments. This is the main report we rely on. I run it multiple times a day for multiple different funds. I understand wanting to re-create things in a newer way, but it is frustrating when blackbaud rushes ahead with sub-par new things, leaving us clients to come up with work-arounds with no guarantees that a fully functioning end product will ever be realized. I appreciate the invite to help shape things, but we already have full-time jobs. And our time is more crunched when we have to come up with work-arounds. Heather, I am not frustrated at you - I am frustrated at the company. I appreciate you responding and asking for input. I sincerely hope that there are end-users who can assist with shaping the reporting.
@Heather McClean, thank you for your response. I'm excited to see what the new fundraiser performance reporting will look like, but I worry that it won't fully replace the need for a quick and straightforward report that has the outputs we're currently used to and can be tailored to our specific needs by choosing filters and queries, etc. A lot of the built-in dashboards/reporting throughout webview are not real-time refreshed, so it's hard to use to for reporting that needs to be completely up to date. I would love to retain the current functionality of the Solicitor Performance Report while also having the option to use newer reimagined reporting when it makes sense for our needs.
Please don't discount how helpful this report in it's current format is for many of us!
Just coming back to comment again. I do not see any way to track Fundraisers against their specific goals, based on a query of which solicitors you want to see anywhere in webview. I love the way this report works and really depend on it for quick checks on Fundraiser performance. I especially like that it gives you how under or over a Fundraiser is on their goals. This is a report that would be difficult to create in any other way. It is disappointing to see it on the list of Standard Reports that are not planned for Unified View. This report makes our lives easier and it would make our work much less efficient if we no longer have access to it. I really hope Blackbaud reconsiders moving this report to webview.
At previous org, this was our most used report! We did annual campaign with assigned prospects to volunteers. Volunteers did not have RE access. We ran reports regularly during campaign to track performance against goals.
I strongly second this. While we do not use the Solicitor Performance Analysis report all the time, it is critical for us as we approach year-end. We use this to track Board and Trustee give/get requirements and it allows us to track these folks against their goals. These are not fundraisers who have a log-in to RE, but we have designated them as Fundraisers and have tracked their giving this was for 15 years. This report is a critical way to see their progress toward our give/get goals.

We will absolutely provide enhanced reporting for Fundraiser performance. However, as we are transforming how goals will work in Raiser's Edge NXT we will align that reporting to the new goals framework. If you are interested in helping to shape this, please see more details here: https://community.blackbaud.com/discussion/86107/help-shape-the-future-of-goals-performance-tracking-in-blackbaud-raisers-edge-nxt

This is absolutely a needed report to keep track of our solicitors goals
