The donation form only gives a report of most recent payments, and when a report is pulled from query to view all the payments through the form it does not show the name that was entered in the form. More often than not, a constituent's page is shared with their spouse and would prefer to have the name of the payor instead of the spouse. I was able to choose "Gift Credit Card Holder Name" for output in the query but some came out blank and did not include a name, as the case for direct debit payments. It would also be helpful to be able to pull any contact information that was filled out in the donation form.
