It has never made sense to me that the tile shows the fund (a code that usually relates to accounting) instead of appeal and package (codes that typically relate to fundraising). I agree that this should be customizable.

I would like to view the connection between pledges and payments and recurring gifts and paymets. Such a view provides a quick reference to donor giving history and patterns.

I live an breath by color coding my gifts tab in RE DBV. Would really like to have that in the unified view. Makes it so easy to search for a pledge or planned gift or a gift that is attached to an event (that is a fee and not a donation).

At the very least, the link "work with gifts" should be renamed to something like "View full Giving history" or "View All Gifts" or "Access all gifts." The current name is counterintuitive and extremely confusing and misleading to fundraisers. They, logically, think that "work with gifts" means adding/editing gifts, not also simply viewing gifts. And so do not click on it but rely on what the tile shows, which is currently not customizable. So, reference/comment is invisible in the tile as are matching gifts.

THIS. IS. ESSENTIAL. for Gift Entry staff, or frankly anyone who wants to grasp a donor's giving patterns over time.

Agree with all the above. The pledge balance particularly for me; 'Committed' just shows a total of all outstanding pledge payments, but where a donor has more than one open pledge it would be helpful to see a balance for each one. A total only isn't helpful.
