In NXT, when you are set to "Approve" a batch, there is a little square beside each item in the list of donations to approve. The implication is that you can "approve" one or a select few of these gifts. Instead, it will automatically approve all gifts in the batch. If you want to remove one or more items in the list, you need to select them and move them to another batch.

Either remove the box that allows you to "select one or a few" of the list items, or allow us to select them and only those selected will be approved when we select the Approve button.
