RE Query output "Donor covered processing fees"

Something like gift query-->criteria-->gift information "donor covered processing fee" equals yes/no

I want the info to be able to be pulled into a query from the gift record directly, and not have to rely on manual spreadsheets outside the system, or, merchant services transaction reports which have limited access.
