We use text messaging to solicit our constituents but don't use the optimized donation form links because of the way the link preview renders on a text message. The preview image just says Blackbaud nxt.blackbaud.com rather than our organization's name. If I'm a donor, I'm not going to click on a link to give to a non-profit that says Blackbaud - I want to click on a link that looks like the organization I want to give to. Attached are examples of what things look like now and what they could/should look like. The optimized donation forms would be best for donors who get a text on their mobile phone and want to donoate, but currently we have to send them to our webpage instead which works but just not as well.
The native preview will pull from the URL, which for hosted forms is Blackbaud. The only workaround we have for this right now (and the recommended implementation approach in general for Optimized forms) is to get the Optimized Loader Script onto your website platform and use the hyperlink or button methods to launch your form. Here's some associated Help files with instruction on how to do this:

https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/rex/content/donfm-opt-launch-hyperlinks.html
Using the hyperlink method with the form loading on your website, you can then send your constituents links that look like this: https://ecbuinteractive.thankyou4caring.org/make-a-gift?bbformid=3fb65819-eca4-4f3a-afb0-581a95626ba1.
Since the domain is your own website, the preview that is pulled from mobile and other devices will be attributes from your own domain/website.

I was using the hosted URL from an optimized form. Is there a better way to create that link so I get a preview in the text message that isn't Blackbaud?
Tim, are you using the hosted form or is your Optimized form embedded to popover your website? Currently, if you use the link pattern to load the form on your website (as opposed to a hosted form) mobile devices should be using the metadata from your website pages. Can you give me the link you're using where you're seeing the Blackbaud preview?
