Addresses updated and "is not a valid address" flag
When an address is updated via NCOA address finder, the "is not a valid address" flag does not come off. without any audit trail, it's hard to see if the flag applies to the current info on record of if it was there before the address was added.
If the address is updated, the flag should automatically come off.
Same in reverse - if they address finder shows it's no longer active, the flag should automatically turn on.

If the address is valid, yes please automatically remove the checkmark/flag.
But also, if the new address is invalid give us the choice in the address finder settings to automatically mark this or not. We do NOT mark that check mark just because an address is undeliverable. We have other processes in place for that. When we do add that check mark, we add a note to the record and state the last undeliverable address we have for a person and cannot find a new updated one. So unless, you Blackbaud, are going to add this note for me for all the new addresses you mark this for when running AddressFinder, give us the choice to have the field checked or not. Some of your "automatic" process actually create more work for us to do after the fact. That is not working smarter but harder. When we can run things better and faster in database view than in Webview we are NOT more efficient.
