Add DOB as a match on filter option in Duplicate Management

Name and DOB are our strongest matching criteria for individuals where we have the data. Please add DOB as a filter option in Data Health as this will help to significantly reduce duplicates.

    Being able to confirm matches using DOB would significantly improve this process.

    It would be much easier to search and confirm a credible match using d.o.b.
