Mass Acknowledgement without AI

We need the ability to send large numbers of acknowledgements quickly and efficiently without AI. Needing to go through AI one by one is extremely cumbersome and time consuming. The old ability to send one letter to a large group of people is sorely missed.

    Please listen to your customers. Not everyone is ready for AI even though you think they are or should be. Meet your customers where they are and allow them to do what works for them.

    It's like forcing friends to run marathons because you do and you think they should. Not everyone is ready for a marathon.

    Absolutely! Our org will not use the acknowledgement feature as it is now. It's very slow to send out letters one at a time, especially since we have to check each one for errors from the AI. I'd much rather upload a template that I know is correct, merge appropriate details and send out a batch of these without the use of AI.
